• Earned top-ten finishes in the 500, 60-meter hurdles, and 4x400 at the Kenneth Giles Invitational 
• Won the 60-meter hurdles at the Brant Tolsma Invitational, also placing second in the 4x400-meter relay and sixth in the 400-meter dash

2021 OUTDOOR

• One of three Rams to qualify for the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round, competing in the 400-meter hurdles and qualifying for the semifinals
• Set a personal best of 11.20 (0.2) in the 100-meter dash at the VCU Final Qualifier
• Competed at the Atlantic 10 Championships, setting personal bests in the 110-meter hurdles (14.52) and 400-meter hurdles (51.39), placing third in the 400-meter hurdles finals
• Earned a runner-up finish in the 110-meter hurdles and set a personal best of 22.19 (0.4) in the 200-meter dash at the JMU Invitational
• Finished runner-up in the 400-meter hurdles and 4x400 relay at the Spec Towns Invitational
• Earned top-five finishes in the 400-meter hurdles and 4x400 relay at the USF Invite
• Secured top-10 finishes in the 400-meter dash, 400-meter hurdles, and 4x400 relay at the USF Bulls Invite, setting a personal best in the 400-meter dash of 50.23

2021 INDOOR

• Secured a runner-up finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the Mason Winter Track Fiesta
• Won the 4x400 relay and finished eighth in the 200-meter dash at the Virginia Tech Challenge
• Qualified to the 60-meter hurdle finals at the Brant Tolsma Invitational, placing eighth
• Earned top-10 finishes in the 200-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles at the VMI Team Challenge
• Won the 4x400 relay and and earned a runner-up finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the VMI Keydet Invitational

2020 OUTDOOR

• Helped secure a sixth-place finish with a time of 45.47 in the 4x100 at the Bobcat/Shark Relays
• The NCAA canceled the remainder of the 2020 outdoor season

2020 INDOOR

• Placed sixth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.41 at the Nittany Lion Challenge
• Earned a personal record of 50.39 in the 400-meter run at the Virginia Tech Invitational
• Finished fifth in the 60-meter hurdle at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships with a time of 8.36

2019 OUTDOOR

• Finished sixth in the 400m at the Ram Invite, securing a time of 50.43
• Placed first in the 400H at the UNF Invitational, recording a time of 53.26
• Won the 400H and set a personal record of 51.63 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships

2019 INDOOR

• Placed fifth in the 500m at the Virginia Tech Invitational after recording a time of 1:07.52
• Earned a fourth place finish at the George Mason Patriot Games, posting a time of 50.93 in the 400m
• Finished seventh in the 60H at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships, securing a time of 8.29
