• Earned bronze in the shot put at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships

2019 OUTDOOR

• Finished third in the discus throw at the Ram Invite, securing a score of 46.44m
• Earned second place at the Fred Hardy Invitational after posting a throw of 15.50m in the shot put
• Placed second and secured a personal best in the shot put after throwing a 16.18 at the VCU Final Qualifier 

2019 INDOOR

• Secured two top-10 finishes in the shot put and weight throw at the Virginia Tech Invitational, posting throws of 14.39m and 14.09 respectively 
• Placed fourth in the shot put at the Winter Relays after posting a throw of 15.17m
• Earned a top-10 finish at the A-10 Indoor Championships, posting a throw of 15.59 in the shot put

2018 OUTDOOR

• Earned a fifth place finish in the shot put at the USF Bulls Inviational after posting a score of 14.49m 
• Finished second in the shot put at the New Captains Classic & Combined Events Meet, throwing a 14.73m
• Placed fifth in the shot put at the A-10 Outdoor Championships last season after posting a throw of 14.99m

2018 INDOOR

• Placed fifth at the Father Diamond Invitational, scoring a 14.48m in the shot put 
• Placed second in the shot put at the Townson Tiger Invitational, throwing a 14.51m
• Earned a top-10 finish at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships by scoring a 14.52m in the weight throw
