2022 INDOOR

• Placed second in the long jump and ran a personal best of 6.95 in the 60 to place seventh at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships
• Finished fourth in the long jump at the South Carolina Invitational
• Ran a time of 7.04 in the 60-meter dash at the Brant Tolsma Invitational, placing seventh, also grabbing a seventh-place finish in the long jump
• Finished third in the 60-meter dash at the VMI Team Challenge

2021 OUTDOOR

• Earned a runner-up finish in the long jump at the VCU Final Qualifier
• Won the 4x100 at the Atlantic 10 Championships and placed third in the long jump
• Competed at the Atlantic 10 Championships, qualifying for the 100m final in a personal best of 10.91
• Placed third in the long jump and ninth in the 100m at the JMU Invitational
• Won the long jump with a mark of 6.86m at the USF Invite, while also placing third as part of the 4x100 team and eighth in the 100m
• Earned top-10 finishes in both the long jump and 100m at the USF Bulls Invite

2021 INDOOR

• Secured a first-place finish at the Mason Winter Track Fiesta with a long jump of 6.65m, while also placing fifth in the 60m
• Placed third in the long jump at the VMI Team Challenge with a jump of 7.00m

2020 OUTDOOR

• Helped secure a fourth-place finish at the Bobcat/Shark Relays as part of the 4x100 relay team
• The NCAA canceled the remainder of the 2020 outdoor season  

2020 INDOOR

• Placed eighth in the 60-meter dash at the VMI Team Challenge, clocking a time of 7.12
• Won the long jump at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships with a personal best of 7.18m

2019 OUTDOOR

• Finished third and gained a personal record in the long jump at the A-10 Indoor Championships, recording a leap of 7.02m
• Secured a fourth place finish in the 4x100 at the George Mason Spring Invitational, helping to post a time of 41.47 in the relay
• Earned a top-five finish at the Ram Invite after recording a leap of 6.55m in the long jump

2019 INDOOR

• Placed third at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships with a leap of 6.90m in the long jump
• Secured a second place finish in the long jump at the Liberty Flames Invite, posting a leap of 6.62m
• Won the long jump at the Virginia Tech Invitational after recording a leap of 6.93m

• 2017 4x200 Meter Relay State Champion
• 2018 Outdoor Long Jump State Champion
• Was a VHSL State Meet participant every year at Bayside High School
