• Placed fourth at the IC4A/ECAC Championship in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.21.
• Broke the school record in the 400-meter hurdles in the preliminaries of the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 59.88.
• Placed fourth at the Atlantic 10 Championship in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.75.
• Placed third in the 400-meter hurdles at the George Mason Spring Invitational with a time of 1:03.10.

2017: INDOOR

• Set a personal best in the 400-meter run to finish sixth at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 57.18.
• Placed third as part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 3:48.71.
• Took ninth in the 400-meter run at the Villanova Invitational with a time of 57.87 seconds.
  

2016: OUTDOOR

• Finished fourth in the 4x400-meter relay at the VCU Ram Invite.
• Set a personal record for the 3000-meter run in the Coastal Carolina Invitational.
• Set a personal record for the 1500-meter run at the New Captain’s Classic.

2016: INDOOR

• Finished second in the mile run while setting a personal record with a time of 4:32.00 at the Hampton University Indoor Invitational.
• Set a personal record in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:38.98 at the Patriot Games.

2015: OUTDOOR

• Set a personal best in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:02.64 at the Fred Hardy Invitational.
• Finished 22^nd in the 1500-meter run at the VCU Ram Invite.

2015: INDOOR

• Finished second with a time of 4:42.79 in the mile run at the Liberty Open.

PRIOR TO VCU: 

• Ran Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field all four years at Atlee High School
• Ran on the 4x800m team that was all state with a time of 7:49.0
• Won the 3200m Indoor Capital District Championships Senior year
• Ran 4:28 in the 1600 at the Outdoor Capital District Meet
• District XC Runner-up in 2009, 3^rd in 2010
• Soccer District Champions in 2009 and 2010
