2017: OUTDOOR

• Set a personal record in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.66 at the Roadrunner Invitational.
• Placed second in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:08.92 at the VCU Rams Invitational.

2017: INDOOR

• Set a personal record and placed fourth in the 1,000-meter run at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational with a time of 2:33.77.
• Placed fourth as part of the distance medley relay at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 10:31.65.

• Ran cross country at Christopher Newport University his freshman year. 
• Placed 25^th overall and was the second freshman to cross the line at the 2015 William and Mary Invitational, which was a 6,000-meter run. 
• Finished 134^th out 319 competitors in the Open division of the 8,000-meter run at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, clocking a personal best 27:18.7. 
• Ran cross country at Powhatan High School all four years. 
• Finished 18^th in the VHSL 4A State Cross Country Championship, completing the 5,000-meter run in 16:31.0. 
• Earned Virginia 4A All-State honors in the 1000 and 800-meter runs, as well as twice in the 1600-meter run. 
• Received Distinguished Athlete Award sponsored by the United States Marine Corps.
