WHILE WITH THE RAMS:

• Missed the 2009 season due to injury
• Joined the VCU soccer program prior to the 2008 season but missed the entire season after suffering a torn ACL during preseason workouts

HIGH SCHOOL:

• Was a four-year letterman at nearby Atlee High School where he helped the Raiders to four-straight Capital District Tournament championships
• Excellent four years on and off the soccer field as he earned All-Academic honors every season
• Leadership skills were on display during his junior and senior campaigns when he was named captain of the Raiders
• Earned First Team All-District recognition during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons at Atlee
• Spent summers traveling with the Region 1 ODP squad
• Was a member of the Virginia State Champion U17/U18 Richmond Kickers

• Born January 14, 1990 in Fairfax, Va.
• Son of Larry and Christine Maimone
• Majoring in Psychology at VCU
• Father, Larry, played football at Towson University
• Oldest of four children; has one brother (Alex, 15) and two sisters (Lauren, 15 and Anna, 13)
