Started nine of 11 VCU events and played all 32 possible rounds as a freshman for the Rams; Registered a 73.00 scoring average, fourth-best on the team
Won his collegiate debut when he shot 68-67-69 to claim individual medalist honors at the VCU Shootout (Sept. 13-14); His 12-under effort in that tournament is tied for the third-best, in relation to par, in program history
Recorded three other top-15 finishes on the year, including a 15th-place showing at the Irish Creek Intercollegiate (April 2-3), where he carded a season-low 66 in the second round
Placed 13th at the BMW Carolinas Classic after shooting 70-72-72 (Oct. 11-12)
