2016: FRESHMAN

• Ran the 10k in 35:22.1 to place 196^th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship.
• Placed 107^th at the Atlantic 10 Championship, posting a time of 27:33.0 in the five-mile run.
• Placed 13^th in the 8k at the CNU Cross Country Invitational with a time of 27:07.0.
• Placed 17^th at the JMU Invitational with a time of 28:06.3 in the 7.9k.

PRIOR TO VCU

• Holds three individual Freedom High School records in the 600, 1500, and 3200-meter runs.  
• Three-time Freedom High School MVP, with two awards in cross country and one in outdoor track.
• Led the Freeman cross country team to the Virginia state championship for the first time in school history.
