AS A JUNIOR (2011-12):
The Basics:
· Played in all of the Rams 36 games,receiving the starting nod in 20 of those games.
· Was one of three Rams to average doublefigures in scoring (10.0 ppg).
Highlights:
· Set a VCU record with 94three-pointers
· Scored in double-figures in 20 games. Hescored more than 15 points in 11 games.
· Finished the season shooting 38 percent(94-of-247) from behind the arc, the highest percentage on theteam.
· Hit five 3-pointers in a game seven times.
· Finished with an 84-percent (43-of-51)mark from the charity stripe, tops on the team.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11):
The Basics:
· Saw action in 27 of the Rams’ 40games as a sophomore, including one start.
· He missed 11 games after he suffered abroken foot, during his first career start against UNCWilmington.
Highlights:
· Set a then-career high with 12 points andfour 3-pointers against VMI on Dec. 8, 2010.
· In the four games prior to his injury, heaveraged nearly seven points per game on 49-percent shooting andhit eight 3-pointers.
· Returned from his broken foot, and playeda limited role in the Rams’ run to the Final Four. Hit a3-pointer in the Round of 32 against Purdue.
AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10):
The Basics:
· Played behind a deep stable of guards andcontinued to progress. Saw minutes and shooting percentageincrease throughout the season.
Highlights:
· Knocked down multiple 3-pointers on fourdifferent occasions (1/2 vs. UNC Wilmington, 1/27 vs. Towson, 3/16at George Washington, and 3/24 vs. Boston).
· Ten of his 15 three-pointers and 12 of his18 field goals came in the comforts of the Siegel Center

PRIOR TO VCU:
· Played in three straight VHSL AAA StateTournaments, including two appearances in the championship game,which were played at the Siegel Center (2007, 2009).
· After posting an average of 17 points andsix rebounds during his senior campaign, Daniels earned VirginiaHigh School Coaches’ Association AAA First-Team All-Statehonors for the Colonels.
· During his senior year, he was namedNorthwest Region Player of the Year and the Roanoke Times Player ofthe Year
· Daniels made his trips to the charitystripe count, knocking down over 85 percent of his free throwsduring his senior season
· Rivals.com rated him a three-star prospectand among the best shooters in the state of Virginia, whileScout.com had him ranked as the 35th-best shooting guard in thecountry.
