OUTDOOR 2013

Anchored the 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
Set a personal record time of 48.35 seconds in the 400 meters, placing eighth at the Vanderbilt Invitational.
Ran the third-leg of the 4x100-meter team, setting a season-best time of 41.99 second at Vanderbilt.
Anchord the 4x400-meter relay that posted a season-best time 3:14.46 at the Vanderbilt Invitational.
Ran the second-leg of the 1600 sprint melody to place eighth at the Flordia Relays with a time of 3:27.16.
Anchored the 4x400-meter relay team that placed 23rd with a season-best time of 3:14.45 at the Florida Relays.
Was the third-leg of 4x100-meter relay that ran a season-best time of 42.01 seconds, placing 23rd at the Florida Relays.
Anchored the fourth place finishing 4x400-meter relay team with a time of 3:15.54 at the Fred Hardy Invitational

Placed fourth in the 500-meters with a time of 1:04.34 at the A-10 Indoor Championships.
Ran a 49.82 to place fourth in the 400m race at the Navy Quad. The time was the ninth-best run in school history.
