WHILE AT VCU:

· Huge asset to the Rams off the court as his work ethic haspaid off by him putting on nearly 20 pounds of muscle sincearriving on campus in 2007
· After struggling on theroad for most of 2009-10, the sharp-shooter found his groove in thefinal game, pouring in a career-high 27 points in the CBIChampionship victory at Saint Louis on March 31
· Improved his three-pointshooting by nearly 15 percent during his junior year, knocking downa team-leading 63 three-pointers, while shooting at a 42.3% clipfrom beyond the arc
· Extremely valuable on the defensive end with hislengthy and athleticism which allowed Rozzell to tally at least onesteal in 54 of his 69 games over the past two seasons
· Rozzell has always enjoyed playing in the Siegel Center andit has showed. Sixteen of his 23 career double-digit performanceshave come at home, and he has averaged over nine points a game atthe Siegel Center. That’s more than four points higher thanhis average on the road.
· Hard work pays off, andRozzell knows that first-hand. He was originally expected toredshirt during his freshman season, but earned more and moreplaying time throughout the year. In the last six games of hisdebut season with the Rams, he averaged nearly 20 minutes a game,4.8 points and 1.3 rebounds.

PRIOR TO VCU:

· Rozzell is no stranger to the Siegel Center, playing incountless state tournament games at VCU’s arena. The mostmemorable moment came in 2007, when he led Highland Springs to a30-2 record and a AAA State Championship victory in thebuilding
· During theSpringers’ run to the title, Rozzell poured in 20.6 points,4.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game to earn AAA State Player ofthe Year accolades
· The awards for his senioryear kept piling up, including recognition as First-TeamAll-District, First-Team All-Region, First-Team All-Metro and MVPhonors of the Tri-City and State All-Star Games
· Rozzell’s talents weren’t limited tothe hardwood as he earned academic honor roll recoginition duringhis final two years at Highland Springs
