PRIOR TO VCU
- Named a consensus top-40 prospect after playing for Imhotep Charter in Philadelphia, Pa.
- Earned a Fourth Team MaxPreps All-America selection after a strong senior year
- Won three consecutive PIAA 5A State Championships to close out high school career
- Named Class 5A Player of the Year as a senior and picked up consecutive First Team All-State distinctions
- Played AAU ball with Team Final
