VCU MEDICAL CENTER PRESENTS BLACK & GOLD GAME ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26

RICHMOND, Va. – The quest for a school and state record fifth straight trip to the NCAA Tournament begins later this month, but the first sneak preview of this year's edition of the VCU men's basketball team is set for Sunday, October 26 at the VCU Medical Center Black & Gold Game. Tip time is set for 5 p.m. at the Verizon Wireless Arena at the Stuart C. Siegel Center.

The Black & Gold game is free and open to the public. Doors will open at 4 p.m. and will consist of two twenty-minute halves and a ten-minute halftime show.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early; seating is first-come, first-serve.

The event will also include performances by "The Peppas", the VCU Cheer Squad and the Gold Rush Dancers.

Current Junior Rowdy Ram Kids Club members will have the opportunity to receive autographs from the team immediately after the scrimmage.
