CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The last time Troy Daniels and Jamie Skeen shared a locker room was in Reliant Stadium after VCU's magical run to the 2011 Final Four.

The two former Rams are reuniting this summer as both are members of the Charlotte Bobcats NBA Summer League Roster, a squad that will participate in the Las Vegas Summer League from July 12-22.

Skeen has spent the past two seasons overseas, playing the majority of his time with Maccabi Ashdod in Israel's premiere league. He averaged 11.6 points and 4.7 rebounds this past season. He finished the season by scoring in double-figures in 18 of his club's final 22 games.

This will Skeen's second straight year in the NBA Summer League. He spent last year as part of the Chicago Bulls summer squad.

The Charlotte, N.C. native was the driving force behind VCU's magical Final Four run, being named the Southwest Region Most Outstanding Player. During the run, he averaged 17.5 points, 6.7 rebound ad shot 55% from beyond the arc and 48% from the field.

In less than two full seasons at VCU (he had to sit out the first semester of 2009-10 due to NCAA transfer rules), Skeen scored 838 points, grabbed 412 rebounds and shot nearly 52% from the field.

Skeen, Daniels and the rest of the Bobcats open up play on Friday night against San Antonio's Summer League squad. The game can be seen live on NBA TV at 10 p.m. EST.
