VCU Students help create one of the greatest atmospheres in college basketball; wreaking HAVOC on VCU’s opponents year after year.
All VCU Students have the opportunity to attend VCU Men’s Basketball home games for FREE! Though only Full Time VCU Students are eligible to claim a ticket through the online system. Part Time Students may still attend games through the Student Stand-by Line.
Students who would like to attend a home VCU Men’s Basketball game must claim an online ticket.
Student Stand-by Line
If you are not awarded an online ticket or are a Part Time Student, a student stand-by line is available at each home game. Students who wait in the Student Stand-By Line are not guaranteed admission to the game. Stand-By Line students will be admitted ONLY if seats are available in the student section.
How To Claim a Ticket
Claiming a Ticket For The First Time and Activating Your Account
- Click Here to activate your student ticket account for the first time
- Enter Your V# (Do Not Include The "V") and click "Activate"
- Follow prompts create an account and click "Next"
- A list of available student ticket claims will appear.
- Select your desired game and complete checkout.
Claiming a Ticket For a Returning User
- Click Here to login to your student ticket account.
- A list of available student ticket claims will appear.
- Select your desired game and complete checkout.
Other Important Student Ticket Information
- Students will receive a confirmation email confirming the claimed ticket.
- Prior to the game a game ticket will be emailed if you are awarded tickets. These tickets must be presented on your mobile device to access the game. Your Student ID is also needed to confirm your student status.
- The student entrance is located on the east end of the Siegel Center. Student seating in the Stuart C. Siegel Center is general admission.
No-Show Policy
Students who request a ticket and are awarded a ticket are expected to attend the game! Upon being awarded a ticket, students will have the ability to return or “declaim” their ticket if they cannot attend the game.
Student Ticket Transfer
Students have the ability to transfer their student ticket to another student up to two (2) hours prior to the game (the transfer must be completed prior to the 2 hour window, if the recipient does not accept the transfer before the 2 hour window the transfer will not work). Students may not transfer their Student Ticket to a non student.
Student Ticket Return
Students who have received a ticket but decide they do not wish to attend, may return their ticket (via their online account only) up to 5 hours prior to the game.
