VCU Basketball games have become the place to be during the winter months in Richmond and a big reason for that has been the entertainment that the VCU Pep Band, "The Peppas" provide the 7,600+ fans that pile into the E.J. Wade Arena at the Stuart C. Siegel Center to see their beloved Rams.
Simply put, The Peppas are a group of VCU students who play for any and all athletic events. They are passionate about playing music and supporting our VCU sports teams!
They play for many huge crowds including VCU Men's Basketball games, the A-10 Conference Tournament and NCAA Tournament games.
Any student who attends VCU and is interested in joining the Peppas can audition for the band at the beginning of the Fall Semester. The Peppa's are holding their second iinfo and jam session on Sunday, September 11th at 5:30 p.m.. This session will be held in the Siegel Center, students may enter through the loading dock (map below). No pre-registration required.Â
