- Became just the third VCU true freshman to start a season-opener since 2009. Started 29 of 31 games in his rookie season
- Averaged 8.6 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 29.1 minutes per game; Shot .360 (32-of-89) from 3-point range
- Scored in double digits ten times including a season-high 21-point outburst against 22nd-ranked UConn on Nov. 26
- Grabbed four steals in a game on four occasions
- Also provided a 20-point effort on Dec. 15 in a win over Jacksonville State
- Knocked down 6-of-10 from beyond the arc and finished with 18 points in an NIT Second Round contest at Wake Forest on March 19

- Averaged 21.3 points, five rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.6 steals last season at Dream City Christian in Glendale, Ariz.; Scored 42 points in a single game
- Also starred at Carman-Ainsworth High School in Flint, Mich. for three seasons. Averaged 13.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.3 blocks as a junior to lead the Cavaliers to a 17-5 mark; Carman-Ainsworth was 57-11 in Nunn’s three seasons
- Helped Carman-Ainsworth the district championship game in 2018-19, as well as a state quarterfinal appearance in 2017-18 as a freshman
