• Finished ninth in the shot put with a 15.13m toss at the Carolina Challenge

2019 OUTDOOR

• Finished second in the shot put at the UMW Opener, posting a throw of 13.89m
• Earned a top-10 placement and a personal best at the New Captains Classic & Combined Events, recording a discus throw of 36.41m
• Placed seventh at the A-10 Outdoor Championships in the shot put after throwing for 15.50m

2019 INDOOR

• Secured a top-10 finish at the Virginia Tech Invitational, recording at throw of 13.77m in the shot put
• Posted a weight throw of 12.70m and earned a personal best at the Liberty Flames Invite
• Placed in the top-15 at the A-10 Indoor Championship, recording a throw 13.79 in the shot put
