2022 INDOOR

• Placed eighth in the heptathlon at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships, scoring a personal-best 4,452 points
• Secured top-five finishes in the high jump and pole vault at the Richard Drake Invitational
• Scored 4124 points in the heptathlon at the Brant Tolsma Invitational, placing fifth
• Set a personal best of 8.53 in the 60-meter hurdles at the VMI Team Challenge, placing fifth in the finals, also earning a top-10 finish in the long jump

2021 OUTDOOR

• Placed in the top-10 in the javelin throw at the JMU Invitational with a throw of 34.99m
• Earned a personal best time of 15.33 in the 110 hurdles at the George Mason University Spring Invitational
• Finished runner-up in the decathlon at the Bobcat Invitational with 5483 points

2021 INDOOR

• Secured a runner-up finish at the Mason Winter Track Fiesta, scoring 4070 points in the heptathlon
• Finished third in the 60m hurdles at the Virginia Tech Challenge, posting a time of 8.61. Also finished as runner-up in the 4x400
• Earned a third-place finish at the Patriot Games in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.76
• Placed eighth in the 60m hurdles final with a time of 8.82 seconds and earned top-10 finishes in the high jump and long jump at the VMI Keydet Invitational 

2020 OUTDOOR

• Helped secure fourth place in the 4x200 relay at the Bobcat/Shark Relays
• The NCAA canceled the remainder of the 2020 outdoor season

2020 INDOOR

• Placed sixth in the high jump at the Nittany Lion Challenge with a personal best leap of 1.86m
• Earned a personal best of 6.13m in the long jump at the Virginia Tech Invitational
• Finished in the top-10 in the Heptathlon at the Hokie Invitational with a total of 3514 points

2019 OUTDOOR

• Won the 110H and finished third in the 400H at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship, recording a 15.81 and 58.73 respectively
• Placed eighth in the 400H at the Fred Hardy Invitational, posting a 58.42

2019 INDOOR

• Finished within the top-10 at the Vince Brown Invitational after posting an 8.85 in the 60H
• Secured a top-five finish and a personal record in the 400m at the Virginia Tech Invitational, recording a time of 52.72
