RICHMOND, Va. – VCU's Men's and Women's Cross Country seasons are set to get underway on Sept. 5, the Rams revealed Tuesday with the release of their 2026 schedule.
 
The Black and Gold will toe the starting line of the 2026 campaign on Saturday, Sept. 5 with its annual visit to Richmond's Spider Alumni Open, which will be held at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
 
On Sept. 18, the Rams will head to the CNU XC Invitational at Lee Hall Mansion in Newport News, followed by trips to Longwood's Lancer Pink Invitational on Oct. 9 in Farmville, as well as the Roanoke South Region Showdown at Green Hill Park in Salem, Virginia on Oct. 17
 
VCU's harriers will chase a conference title on Oct. 31 when it takes on the field at the Atlantic 10 Championship, which will also take place at nearby Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville.
