LEXINGTON, Ky. – VCU senior Sydney Carr finished 42^nd in the triple jump on Saturday at the NCAA East First Round.

Carr jumped 12.27m, her third-best effort in the 2026 outdoor season. Carr set a career-best mark of 12.73m at the South Florida Invitational back in April. She also posted a 12.40m jump at the Virginia Challenge.

Carr was the last Ram to compete at the 2026 NCAA East First Round on its final day and concludes the 2026 Women's Track and Field outdoor season.
