The Short Story: VCU Men's Tennis competed in their first fall tournament this season as Mats Bredschneider, Alfred Almasi, Kostiantyn Mantach, and Nicolo Consonni competed at the Orange and Blue Classic in Charlottesville, Va., while Erwann Bouchet, Gevorg Mnatsakanyan, Patrik Petera, and Leon Zaorski competed at the Elon Invitational in Elon, N.C.
OPENING SERVE
- Gevorg Mnatsakanyan and Patrik Petera won the Flight C Doubles East Final at the Elon Invitational
- This weekend's competition marked the first appearance for Bredschneider and Petera as Rams
