• The Rams opened the scoring less than three minutes into the game as Ohle scored the opening goal unassisted
• It marked the first of 10 unanswered goals as the Rams held the Lancers scoreless until 7:16 left in the third quarter
• During the run, Whitmore scored four of the goals while Epperly scored two
• After Longwood scored to make the game 10-1, VCU scored five more unanswered to extend its lead to 15-1 with eight minutes left in the fourth quarter
• The Lancers scored the game's final two goals
