The Short Story: The Rams took the doubles point and fended off a comeback attempt in singles from the Mountaineers to win 5-2

Opening Serve

  • The Rams would clinch the doubles point with a tiebreaker win on court one by the pairing of Andrea Magallanes and Tania Isabel Andrade Sabando, 7-6 (7-4)
  • Sofia Jane Thorne and Lea Malazdra won the first doubles match for the VCU on court three.
