The short story:Â VCU trailed Georgia just 47-45 with 9:11 remaining in the fourth quarter but the Bulldogs closed the game on a 25-8 run to pull away.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- VCU led 3-0 early but a 10-0 Georgia run gave the Bulldogs the 10-3 lead with 6:23 left in the game
- The Rams rallied to get within 16-14 after a Kneževic 3-pointer to end the quarter
- Georgia led VCU 31-20 at halftime but VCU opened the second half on a 10-2 run capped by a Tanya Tkachenko layup with 7:31 remaining in the third quarter. The basket got VCU within 34-33
- The teams traded baskets and VCU trailed just 44-42 heading into the fourth quarter
- Georgia was able to take control of the game in the fourth quarter with their 25-8 run to win the game
