The Short Story:Â David Coles jumped 15.54m in the triple-jump securing bronze and setting a new VCU record in the Southeast region, Coles ranks eighth among all junior in the triple jump.
Sprints
- Junior sprinter Marcus Wilson set a new personal record on his way to a fourth-place finish in the Men's 60m hurdles.
- Senior Darius Reed set a new personal best in the 60m sprint, running 6.89 and placing third in the finals. Freshman Jordan Davis also set a personal record in the 60m running 6.96 and sophomore Aubrey Bryant tied his 6.98 personal best in the 60m.
- In the men's 200m freshman Chanan Mathis finished with a new personal best (21.93). Fellow freshman Jordan Davis also finished with a new PR finishing in 22.17.

Throws
- In the men's weight throw freshman Diego Turner and Devon Brooks set personal best. Junior John Casper led the way for the Rams throwing 19.84m.
- In the shot-put Casper led for the Rams again, throwing 15.67m, Turner set another PR throwing 15.34m in the shot-put. Freshman Shinobu Hawk also threw 14.19m in the shot-put.
Relays
- In the 4x4 relays VCU (junior Kacy Pratt, senior Lewis Freeman, Freshman Jude Okafor, freshman Chanan Mathis) came in second place finishing in 3:17.14 a season best for the Rams         Â

Nahim Abdallah ran the third fastest 5000m in VCU history running at the Scarlet & White Invitational.
Distance
- Junior Kendall Phillips set a new personal record in the 1000m; his time now ranks seventh all-time for VCU.
- Freshman Jacob Barrow won his heat in the one-mile and set a new personal record.
- Red-shirt Cole Dawson also set a new personal record in the 3000m race.
