THE SHORT STORY: VCU's senior day celebration culminated in a pair of firsts for
Makaya Parham and
Jenna Eller, who each notched their first goals in Black and Gold. A late UMass equalizer on the penalty kick gave the match its 2-2 finish.

- Graduate transfer Makaya Parham scored her first goal with the Rams
- Senior Jenna Eller also tallied her first career goal
- Jazmin Jackson, Stella Castro and Milica Bulatovic were credited with assists

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the 38th minute, Castro sent a ball up for Jackson, who one-touch crossed it in for Parham's immaculate finish to break open the match, 1-0
- UMass got its first equalizer in the opening minutes of the second half as Ashley Lamond knocked her fifth of the season in off a corner kick in the 52nd minute
- Eller took back VCU's lead with a header at the post as she knocked in a ball-in from Bulatovic on the far side past Bella Mendoza in the 79th minute
- In the 88th minute, the Minutewomen drew a penalty and Grace Pinkus was able to provide the visitors' second equalizer
- VCU and UMass drew, 2-2, in their regular season finales as the pair look to advance to the A-10 Tournament
