SPRINTS
- Freshman Jordan Davis led the herd for the Rams finishing ninth with a 22.41 time in the 200m.
- Sophomore Phillip Daniel (24.17) finished 24 in the 200m and senior Trevor Thomas (24.99) finished 26.
- In the 300m race freshman Emmanueel Oche finished third with a 34.69 finish time, senior Christopher White also finished in the top 5 (4) with a 35.08 time.
- Senior Darius Reed (36.69), junior David Coles (36.71), and sophomore Aubrey Bryant (37.23), finished seventh, eighth, and ninth for the rams.
- Paul Adelugba (11/37.55) and Winston Broiles (13/37.94) round out the 300m for black and gold.
DISTANCE
- The Rams had a strong day in the 500m, taking home first and second. Freshman Jaeden Cassell finished second (1:06.46) behind Mathis.
- Senior Joel Bowers (1:06.85) and senior Lewis Freeman (1:06.96) finished fourth and fifth for VCU.
- Freshman Donovan Motley secured seventh with a 1:08.40 finish.
- Freshman Curtis Boykin took bronze in the men's 800m with a 2:05.00 time.
- Freshman Carter Smith finished third for the Rams (2:33.75) in the 1000m race.
- Freshman Jacob Barrow took eighth in the 1000m (2:39.15).
- Freshman Cole Dawson (4:30.66) and Boykin (4:35.11) take fourth and fifth in the one-mile event.
- Freshman Carson Echard (8:56.77), Barrow (8:58.92), junior Kendall Phillips (9:07.37) and senior Kyle Weldon (9:10.94) take seventh through tenth in the 3000m race.Â
Relays
- VCU's group B (Bowers, Motley, Reed, and Oche) finished in eighth in the 4 x 400 crossing the finish with a 3:29.83 time.
