The Short Story: VCU Men's Tennis competed in their first fall tournaments this weekend. Matisse Bobichon, German Samofalov, Oscar Pinto Sansano and Romain Gales competed at the UNC Tom Chewning Invitational while Hamza El Amine and Mathis Bondaz went up north to the Milwaukee Tennis Classic
 
OPENING SERVE

• This weekend marked the first competition as members of the Rams for El Amine, Bondaz, Samofalov, and Pinto Sansano
• El Amine made it to the quarterfinals in Milwaukee
• The Rams got off to an excellent start in Chapel Hill, going undefeated on day one and ending with a total of 12 wins on the weekend. 
• Pinto Sansano went undefeated in singles at UNC.
• VCU finished the weekend with an overall record of 15-9.
