- Knight, the reigning Atlantic 10 Conference Defensive Player of the Week, hit .300 on 20 attempts and added seven digs for the Black and Gold
- Freshman libero Anja Kujundzic provided 16 digs from the back row for VCU
- Freshman outside hitter Sydney Houchens added seven kills and a block for the Rams
- Taylor Venuto hit .769 with 11 kills to lead the Loyola Chicago attackÂ
THE DIFFERENCE
- The Ramblers jumped out to big leads in both the first and second sets. They did not trail in the match until the third set
- Loyola hit .280, while holding the Rams to a .043 mark
- The Ramblers also registered nine blocks and owned a 65-44 advantage in digs
NOTABLE
- VCU and Loyola are now tied for second place in the A-10 standings at 8-2
- With four blocks Friday, Knight moved into a tie with Gina Tuzzolo for fifth on the school's all-time list with 383. She needs two more to move past Ivana Rich and into fourth
