QUICK FACTS
- Sophomore forward Camilo Comi produced the first individual multi-goal game of the season for the Rams with his second and third tallies of the season. Comi scored first in the 22nd minute, and then again in the 77th minute off of a penalty kick, the Rams' first PK of the season.
- Sophomore midfielder Philip Klomp stepped up for the game-tying goal, heading in the rebound off of a set piece.
- Redshirt sophomore John Ermini and sophomore Cory Taylor split time at goalkeeper for the Black and Gold, with Ermini in net for the first half and Taylor coming in for the second half. The duo combined for seven saves, and Taylor posted a second half shutout to help boost the Rams defensively.
- Freshman defender Gerardo Castillo logged two assists on the night, with redshirt sophomore defender Ethan Manheim adding one of his own.Â
Â
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Camels came out of the gates quickly with two goals in the opening 15 minutes.  Jalen James scored in the 7thminute off a cross from the left side, while Kenny Amiche found the back of the net in the 15th minute.Â
- The Rams bounced back with Comi's first goal of the evening, only for James to knock home his second goal of the game off of a header in the 26th minute.
- The second half got off to a quiet start, with Campbell slowing the pace down in an effort to preserve their lead. The action picked up when freshman forward Jean-Claude Bile got fouled inside the box to set up the penalty kick goal by Comi.
- Just one minute and 41 seconds of game action later, Klomp would use his head to knot up the game at three goals apiece.
- The Rams played the final three minutes and 19 seconds of the game one man down to the Camels following a red card given to Castillo.  However, the defense held firm to maintain the 3-3 draw.Â

HEAR FROM HEAD COACH DAVE GIFFARD
Â
"Our super young team started the game really, really badly again tonight. We are so immature at this point in our development that we're still learning how to approach games in our minds, how to be consistently doing the things that will allow us to win, etc., but most importantly I'm seeing improvement each and every day.
Now, with all that being said, for the second time in a row, we came out in the second half and took it to another top ranked NCAA tournament team and earned a draw on the road. There is a special quality in this group that could make it a really good team before this squad is done with us, but we need to continue to improve and work towards playing a complete game for 90 minutes with the urgency required for such a condensed season."Â
