HOW IT HAPPENED:
- VCU fell behind 13-8 at the end of the first quarter despite the Rams holding St. Bonaventure to just 33.0 percent shooting from the field
- The Rams held the Bonnies without a field goal for the first six minutes of the second quarter but were unable to close the deficit and trailed at halftime 24-13
- VCU went on an a 6-0 run early in the third quarter that was sparked by a Robinson driving layup, closing the gap to 26-17
- VCU outscored the Bonnies 23-13 in the third quarter, driven by nine points from Robinson and a buzzer beating 3-pointer from Te-Biasu that got VCU within 37-36
- The Rams opened the fourth quarter on a 10-1 run that was started and capped by a Te-Biasu 3-pointer that gave VCU a 46-38 lead with 6:55 left
- The Bonnies would get no closer than a five-point deficit for the remainder of the game
