HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • Lock Haven took a 1-0 lead in the 23rd minute as Jazmin Palma scored off a penalty corner. Her shot took a deflection and was redirected past the goalkeeper
  • VCU tied the game at 1-1 in the 44th minute after Jaimie McCormick's initial shot was blocked and lifted into the air. McKinney controlled the ball and her shot beat the goalkeeper at the near post
  • The Bald Eagles went up 2-1 in the 47th minute as Brynlee Pinschenat scored on a counter attack following an assist from Amy Stevens
  • Beginning in the 52nd minute, VCU had eight penalty corners in the final eight minutes but all of the Rams' shot attempts were either saved or blocked by Lock Haven
