RICHMOND, Va. – Led by first team selections Samantha Jerabek and Emma Kershner, VCU Women's Soccer placed five members on the 2020-21 Atlantic 10 All-Conference teams as announced by the league office on Wednesday.
 
Sophomore Anna Bagley, junior Lana Golob and redshirt-junior Grace Young were honored with  second team accolades.
 
It is the second-career first team appearance for Jerabek who was recognized following her 2018 campaign. The forward ranked fourth in the conference with seven goals in 13 games. The conference's three leading scorers each totaled 16 or 18 games. Jerabek led all members with 3.38 shots per game including a 1.69 shots on goal average. Following a hat trick against Old Dominion in the opening week of the season, the redshirt junior was named player of the week by both the A-10 and Top Drawer Soccer. 
 
Kershner lands on the top team for the first time in her career. The redshirt junior was a second team selection following the 2019 season. Kershner netted four goals and led the Rams with five assists. The midfielder's assist total ranked fifth in the conference, while the goal tally ranked ninth.
 
Bagley's second team appearance marks the first of her career. The sophomore started all 13 matches and was a stable force in the midfield, recording two goals and a pair of assists. 
 
Golob spearheaded the VCU backline throughout the 2020-21 campaign. The junior also made an impact on the offensive side netting two goals and contributing an assist.
 
Young earned a second team selection following six starts in goal. The junior posted three clean sheets on the season, including two in the final week. Young allowed just .60 goals per game and recorded a .810 save percentage.
 
The five Rams helped lead VCU to a 7-4-2 record including a 4-2-1 conference mark.
