RICHMOND, Va. – VCU Women's Soccer looks to keep its unbeaten streak intact as the Rams host William & Mary at 6 p.m. Thursday at Sports Backers Stadium. The match will be live streamed on ESPN+.
 
VCU improved to 3-0 with a 3-1 victory over East Carolina on Saturday.
 
Redshirt-junior Samantha Jerabek has led the Rams through the early part of the season. Jerabek has netted four goals and recoded an assist through the first three games. The redshirt junior sits atop the Atlantic 10 statistical leaderboard with eight shots on goal.
 
Redshirt-junior Emma Kershner, who recorded a team-high 15 points in 2019-20, scored her first goal of the season in Saturday's victory. 
 
Junior goalkeeper Brecht Haakma has surrendered just one goal through the first three games.
 
Junior defenders Amber DiOrio and Lana Golob, redshirt-junior midfielder Ellen McAdams and Haakma have played all 270 minutes this season.
 
Thursday's game will mark the season opener for The Tribe. William & Mary was 5-11-2 last season. 
 
The matchup will be the 29^th meeting between the two programs. VCU trails the all-time series 19-6-2.

Per VCU Athletics guidelines, Sports Backers stadium will be at reduced capacity. A maximum of 250 spectators are allowed in attendance.
