The short story:  The Rams fell on the road to the UNCW Seahawks, 4-1 on Saturday, April 1 in Wilmington, N.C. Freshman Ignacio Rivero Crespo tallied a point for The Black and Gold on the fifth court. The rookie defeated UNCW's Daniel Groom in consecutive sets to earn his seventh career win.

FIRST SERVE

• Ignacio Rivero Crespo is now 7-6 thus far in his rookie campaign.
• Seniors Daryl Monfils and Marten Jonsson continued their success on the doubles court. The pair defeated Ralphael Calzi and Michael Morphy, 6-4.
• Monfils and Jonsson are now an impressive 13-5 overall in doubles play, and are currently ranked 53^rd by the ITA.
