The Short Story: The Rams dropped their first match of the season against Duke, ranked 25th by the ITA, on Saturday evening in Durham, N.C at the Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center. Newcomer IgnacioRivero Crespo earned his first career singles win, while Marten Jonsson and Javier Amantegui picked up a win in doubles play as well.

- Rivero Crespo recorded the Rams lone point in a long three set match by defeating Duke's Robert Levine, 7-6 (7-1) 4-6, 1-0 (10-7).
- Sophomore Vitor Lima won his first singles set 2-6, but he would then fall to Vincent Lin, 6-1, 6-4.
