FINLEY SUMMER CAMPS A SUCCESS; SPOTS REMAIN FOR ADVANCED CAMPS

RICHMOND, Va. – An exciting week of James Finley Summer Volleyball Camps lies ahead.

The camps, which run through July 22, will include Team, Team Challenge and Advanced Skills sessions this week. For the first time, the Advanced Skills Camp includes a boys division.

"We're excited to provide a local camp for boys volleyball, and we plan to expand next summer with a Boys Team Challenge and Advanced Skills Camp," said Finley, head coach at Virginia Commonwealth University since 2005.

Limited availability remains for the Advanced Skills Camp, so interested parties are encouraged to register immediately at http://www.jamesfinleyvolleyballcamps.com.

Last week, Finley hosted three camps targeting aspiring players from five to 18 years of age. Among them was the Little Rams Camp (pictured, right), which is designed to introduce volleyball to elementary school boys and girls.

There was also a Skills Camp, which is tailored to the needs of middle and high school participants. In addition, Finley hosted a Position Camp each evening last week, which allows players to focus on sharpening their skills at a given position.
