Low and the Rams return to the court on Friday, Oct. 8 when they travel to Newark, Del. to face CAA preseason favorite Delaware at 7 p.m.

RICHMOND, Va. – Fresh off one of her best performances of
2010, sophomore libero Marisa Low (Carlsbad,
Calif.) has been named the Colonial Athletic
Association's Defensive Player of the Week.
Low provided 18 digs in VCU's 3-0 sweep of William &
Mary on Saturday in Williamsburg, Va., an average of 6.0 digs per
set. Her effort helped the Rams hold the Tribe to a paltry .110
hitting percentage. It's the seventh time this season Low has
topped 15 digs in a match.
