OUTDOOR 2013

• Set a personal with a 11.63-meter toss in the shot put at the New Captain's Classic and Multi-Events.
• Recorded a personal record and fourth place finish in the hammer throw with a 40.21-meter toss.
• Placed seventh in the shot put at the Virginia Cup with a toss of 11.32-meters.
• Finished sixth in the hammer throw with a throw of 38.73-meters at the Virginia Cup.

PRIOR TO VCU

• Played basketball and was a member of the track and field team at Great Bridge High School in Virginia Beach
• Qualified for the State, Regional, and District Championships all four years of high school
• Received All-District and All-Region honors for four consecutive season
• Named to the All-State team as junior and senior
• Also ran AAU Summer Track events
