BARCIKOWSKI, GLENN NAMED VASID SECOND TEAM ALL-STATE

RICHMOND, Va. - VCU Lacrosse's Molly Barcikowski and Caroline Glenn were named to the Virginia Sports Information Director's All-State Second Team. 

Barcikowski, a senior, earned her first recognition from VaSID in being named to the All-State Second Team. The honor comes after she was named All-Atlantic 10 Second Team for the second consecutive season. Barcikowski led the team in total points this season with 71 and she finished the regular season ranked eighth in the A-10 in total points.

Barcikowski scored 41 goals and had a team-high 28 assists and helped lead VCU to its second conesuctive Atlantic 10 Tournament appearance. Barcikowski finished her career in the Black and Gold with 142 goals and 97 assists for a total of 239 points. She graduated as VCU's all-time leader in assists and second in goals and total points during the program's four-year history.

Glenn, a sophomore, earned VaSID and A-10 recognition for the first time after being named to the All-State Second Team after being named All-Atlantic 10 Second Team after the regular season. Glenn led VCU with 45 draw controls and 32 caused turnovers. She tied for fifth in the A-10 in caused turnovers and ranked in the top 15 in the conference in draw controls during the regular season.
