WOMEN'S BASKETBALL GAME AT RICHMOND SHIFTED TO 1 P.M.

RICHMOND, Va. - The VCU Women's Basketball game at Richmond on Jan. 12 has been moved up from 6 p.m. to 1 p.m. due to the possibility of inclement weather.

The decision to move the game time was made in conjunction with the University of Richmond in order to ensure the safety of all student-athletes, coaches, staff and spectators. The game will still be streamed on ESPN+.

VCU enters the game with a 10-5 overall record and a 2-0 mark in Atlantic 10 play. The Spiders are 3-12 overall with an 0-2 mark in Atlantic 10 play. It is the first meeting this season between the two teams who will play again on Feb. 9 at 6 p.m. at the E.J. Wade Arena at the Stuart C. Siegel Center.
