Recap: Sophomore Emily Dyke led the way for the VCU Women's Cross Country team, as she finished in the top-40 with a 18:55.2 5K time at the 2014 Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship. Freshmen Nichelle Scott and Courtney Holleran both recorded finishes in the top-100. As a team, the women finished 14th in the league with 352 points. On the men's side, Senior Mohamed Adam was the top finisher (41st) for the Rams with an 8K time of 25:45.5. Fellow seniors, Samuel Hush and Matthew Earman turned in their fastest times this season at 26:04.0 and 26:29.7, respectively. As a team, the men finished 12th with a total of 340 points.
