OUTDOOR 2013:

• Finished fifth with  a personal-best throw of 15.02-meters in the shot put at the Vanderbilt Invitational.
• Tossed a personal record in the shot put with a throw of 14.51-meters at the Mason Invitational. It was the second longest toss by a Ram on the season.
• Recorded an outdoor personal record in the shot put with a toss of 14.21-meters, placing 14th at the Florida Relays.
• Set a new personal record of 40.12-meters and placed third in the discus at the Ram Invite
  

INDOOR 2013

• Placed ninth in the Atlantic 10 Championships in the weight throw with a toss of 15.74-meters
• Recorded a personal best in the weight throw at the New Balance Invitational with a toss of 15.27-meters.
• Finished fifth in the wieght throw at the Father Diamond Invitational with a throw of 14.59m.

PRIOR TO VCU

• Was a four year member of the track and field program at Fort Defiance High School in Waynesboro, Va.
• Named the Track & Field programs MVP for four consecutive seasons (two indoor and two outdoor)
