GETTING TO KNOW: REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE DAVID HINTON
As sports fans, we all enjoy seeing good people succeeding and their hard work and dedication paying off. That's a main reason why the VCU faithful give such a loud ovation when redshirt sophomore David Hinton takes the court.
Hinton is a recruited walk-on out of Winston-Salem, N.C. and has worked hard to earn career-highs in just about every statistical category this year for the Black & Gold men's basketball squad. Prior to VCU's trip to Harrisonburg, Hinton sat down with VCUathletics.com to let us get to know the big man a little more in depth.
