Since 1998, VCU has 

posted an average of nearly 35 wins per year. Since 2014, the Black & Gold are one of only 14 programs in the country to clinch 35 wins in every season since. Over 50 players have been drafted or signed Major League Baseball contracts, three of which were selected in the first two rounds.

In 2015, the Rams earned their first Atlantic 10 Championship, doing so in style as they also clinched their first NCAA Regional title in program history that very same year.

The Rams have posted 19 winning seasons over the past 22 years between Stiffler and Paul Keyes. The Rams have yet to have a losing season under Stiffler, as he has compiled a 178-112 record over his five seasons at VCU.
