WHILE WITH THE RAMS

2014/JUNIOR

  • In his first appeance of the season Lees went two innings to pickup the save against Old Dominon on Feb. 15.

2013/SOPHOMORE

  • Made 30 appearances for the Rams in 2013, which led the team.
  • Finished the season 2-6 with 11 saves, 51.2 innings pitched and 39.
  • His 11 saves ties him for third on VCU's single-season saves list, one shy of the single-season record of 12 saves.
  • Recorded his first save of the season on opening day, Feb. 15, against Boston College going three innings, not allowing a hit and fanning two.
  • Recorded a season-high five strikeouts against the Citadel in 3.1 innings of work.
  • Picked up his first win in 2013 when he tossed three innings, allowing four hits and striking out two against Rutgers on March 19.
  • Had back-to-back saves on May 16 and 17 to shutdown cross-town rival Richmond. During the two appearances he went 1.2 innings, not allowing a hit.

 

2012/FRESHMAN

  • Made 32 appearances out of the bullpen while posting a 5.36 ERA
  • Finished the season with a 4-2 record and two saves in 48.2 innings
  • Tied for third in single season program history for appearances in a season (32)
  • Threw a season-high 4.0 innings against Towson (3/11)
