Maggie McFadden joins the VCU Corporate sales staff as a recent graduate of the VCU Center for Sport Leadership as a Corporate Sales Associate. McFadden's responsibilities will include meeting and cultivating new corporate partners for VCU Athletics, as well as heading up a new corporate partner communication email campaign.
Maggie graduated from James Madison University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business. Maggie was member of the women's soccer team until an injury forced her to the sidelines, where she became a student assistant for a team. The team won the CAA conference championship in 2010 and made three trips to the NCAA tournament, once making it to the round of sixteen.
Over the past year Maggie has spent time both in professional and intercollegiate athletics. During the summer she worked as a Group Sales Associate with the Minor League Baseball's AA Richmond Flying Squirrels. Prior to that she was a Graduate Assistant in VCU's Ram Athletic Fund, helping with day to day operations of VCU's Fund Raising Arm.
