Position: Compliance Office Intern
Hours: 10– 15 hours/week
Start Date: July 1
End Date: August 12

Reports To: Djenane Paul,  Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance & Student Services


  • Graduate level or Law Student.
  • Interest in college athletics or sports law.
  • Highly organized, and detail oriented.
  • Professional writing skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and people skills.

Job Description
  • Review countable athletically related activities records and analyze data using ARMS and NCAA Compliance Assistant software.
  • Maintain student-athlete files insuring that all required NCAA and A-10 documentation are up to date.
  • Researching NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Assist with interpretive issues of NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Assist with auditing of various compliance areas as assigned.
  • Assist in researching and compiling materials for Coaches' rules education sessions.
  • Utilize Compliance Assistant Software (CAi) to input student-athlete and team data.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity & inclusive excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.
